The experience we had as Showhome Home Managers turned out to be the perfect solution for us as we relocated from California to Illinois. As an Owner and Realtor of a vacant home, Showhomes' staging of this property (inside and out) has greatly improved the time potential buyers spend in the home, generated more discussions during open houses, and increased the "oohs" and "ahs" from individuals viewing the home. My husband got a job that was moving us to the Chicago area. I was moving into a two bedroom apartment with less than 1,000 sq ft. I wanted to find somewhere else to live. I did not know the area. I found an ad that had this beautiful home for rent, and thought it was too good to be true. Well this is how my husband and I feel about Showhomes . . . the people are too good to be true. We had our belongings brought to the house and the wonderful people at Showhomes decorated the home and everything looked wonderful.
